These terms and conditions are effective from 18 October 2022. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any updates/changes will be indicated by a change of the updated date since the terms have taken effect. By accessing this website, you agree to these Amendments and continue to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.

Photography Usage and Portfolio Display

By engaging our photography services, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to use and display the photographs taken during the project for promotional purposes on our social media platforms and website portfolio. This includes showcasing our work and demonstrating the quality of services we provide. Rest assured that any personal or sensitive information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns regarding the usage of photographs, please contact us to discuss your preferences.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In New Zealand, rights for copyright protection are provided for in the Copyright Act 1994 and Copyright Regulations 1995. By accessing this website, you agree to abide by the laws governed by New Zealand and the copyrighted works of the owner of this website.

This website is owned by Pix Media. All information contained in this website, including but not limited to images, graphics, and text, may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, republished, or used for any purpose without the prior written consent of Pix Media. All rights reserved.

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY

Greater than 30 days from the specified date: Full refund minus a $200 service fee.
30 - 7 days from the specified date: 70% refund minus a $200 service fee.
Less than 7 days from the specified date: No refund

Balance can be transferred to another workshop for a later date if cancellation is before 7 days from the start date of the workshop or as otherwise discussed and agreed by Pix Media.

Refunds will be paid by the same method that the original payment was made or as otherwise discussed and initiated within 48 hours of the time that the request is approved.

Pix Media maintains the right to change the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy at short notice.

TERMS OF USE

When accessing this website, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with this policy.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

You agree that you are liable for any taxes/customs handling fees and/or additional charges that may be applied when receiving your order. Pix Media reserves the right to enforce where required by law that the consumer is to pay for these additional taxes.

CHANGES AND ORDERING

You are solely responsible for supplying the correct personal information, including the correct postal address and valid payment method. No responsibility will be taken by Pix Media due to the incorrect delivery address being provided. 

Changes to orders will need to be advised as soon as possible. Pix Media reserves the right to cancel/refuse an order or refuse any changes to orders if not advised promptly before the order has been shipped/processed. This will be remedied with a refund of any payment(s) made if applicable. 

COLOUR

Please understand that the color as viewed on your monitor/screen may not exactly match the final fine art print due to different brightness and color settings.

DELIVERY

Based in New Zealand, we aim to have all items delivered within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. For overseas deliveries, the delivery time can vary depending on where the order is being shipped to. Please be patient; however, if the item has not been received within 30 days following delivery, please notify us. Loss in transit will need to be raised against the postal
