Pix Media – FAQ & Policy Guide
Updated for 2025 – Clarity, Boundaries, and Creative Excellence
Why This Page Exists
I care deeply about every project I take on. I’ve always gone above and beyond to deliver work that feels personal, polished, and powerful.
But as Pix Media has grown, so have the demands — and with that, I’ve had to build systems to protect the time, energy, and creative focus I bring to each client.
This page is here to help everything run smoothly. It ensures we’re aligned from the start, with clear expectations and strong communication.
If we’re on the same page, the results will be even better — and the process will feel effortless.

RAW FILES
Can I get the raw footage or photos?
Raw files (whether photo or video) are not automatically included and are available upon request for an additional fee. What’s included depends on the project — for photo, that might mean unedited JPEGs or RAW files straight from camera; for video, it could be all usable clips from the shoot, ungraded and uncut.
Because raw material isn’t polished or curated, it’s shared as-is and requires extra prep time to organize and transfer. If you’re interested in keeping raw assets for future use or editing elsewhere, let me know early so I can quote accordingly.
Raw files are generally not offered by default to protect the creative integrity of the work. What you see publicly reflects my editing choices, pacing, and quality control — releasing unfinished material can compromise the brand I’ve built and the standards I stand by.
They also require significant storage space and delivery time. I shoot in high-quality formats, which can result in large file sizes that aren’t practical to store or share without planning. If raw access is essential for you, I’m happy to make it happen — just know it’s handled on a project-by-project basis with care and clarity.
ON VIDEO LENGTH AND PACING
How long will the final video be?
All estimated video durations are flexible guidelines — not fixed guarantees. The final length may be 50% longer or shorter than originally stated, depending on the pacing, music, and emotional impact.
I don’t edit to hit a time target — I edit for effect. You’re not just paying for minutes on a timeline — you’re paying for rhythm, energy, and narrative flow. A snappy 45-second cut can often land harder than a drawn-out 2-minute version. Likewise, a longer version may emerge naturally if the story calls for it.
Every video I deliver is shaped by creative direction — not obligation. I include only what serves the vision. Never filler. Never fluff. Just the strongest version of the story, every time.
SOCIAL MEDIA CUTS
Can you provide me clips for social media?
Yes — I can deliver short, ready-to-post clips ranging from 2 to 10 seconds, perfect for stories, reels, or standard feed posts. These are hand-picked moments designed to pop on social — high energy, clean framing, and optimised pacing.
Unlike raw footage, these clips are fully edited: I cut, colour grade, and polish them so they’re ready to go straight onto your platform of choice. If you’d like a set of social media cuts added to your package, just let me know and I’ll include it in the quote.
Final Note
My goal is always to make work that matters — something creative, impactful, and built on trust.
If you’re clear, organized, and respectful, I’ll bring my best to the table and give you an experience that feels easy and aligned.
Thanks for reading this guide. I can’t wait to work with you.
